  • I offer a shipping & handling flat rate of $10.00AUD for all orders under $50.00AUD.

  • If you live in Merredin or the Wheatbelt surrounds and would like to personally collect, or have your order delivered by myself, please select in-store pick-up in the postal options menu. I will be in contact with you by email to organise a pick-up or delivery time.

Original artwork will be carefully packaged flat, inside an acid-free archival cellophane sleeve, between heavy rigid cardboard. Fine art prints are placed inside an acid-free archival cellophane sleeve and then carefully rolled and packaged inside a rigid cardboard mailing tube. Smaller items such as greeting cards will be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and packaged inside a rigid cardboard mailer.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment, from MERREDIN, Western Australia, by Australia Parcel Post, with a parcel tracking number provided. Shipments of original artworks will require a signature on delivery.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct as requested. If delivery cannot be made, packages will be sent to your nearest post office for collection. PO Boxes are not recommended as a delivery destination. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

I am happy to ship worldwide, based on your location. To request an international shipping quote with extra cover insurance included, please submit a Contact Form on my website, or by email: jessiespringart@gmail.com

Please note: Any additional charges, such as customs duty taxes, third-party handling fees, and government charges are not included in the delivery fee and will be the responsibility of the purchaser if incurred.

International delivery times are based on location. I will provide a time frame estimate upon receipt of your order.

RETURN POLICIES

It is my priority to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are 100% happy with your new art. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer you a refund or exchange in line with the below return policies.

Please note: Once your order is paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.

CHANGE OF HEART RETURN POLICY

For change of heart within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is confirmed such as your order number or receipt.

  • The item is returned within the original packaging, in the original supplied condition, free from any damage such as blemishes, marks, or torn or creased paper.

  • All shipping and handling costs associated with returning an item purchased online are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Where a refund is issued, the refund will be returned via your original payment

    Please note: Reduced sale items are not eligible for a change of heart return.

To return an item for change of heart:

Once your return options have been discussed and agreed, I will email you a returned shipping address. Please contact me by email at jessiespringart@gmail.com with the postal tracking number for your return. Once I have received your return a replacement item will be shipped to your address within 1-2 business days with the postal tracking number provided. Alternatively, a full refund of the original purchase amount will be refunded via your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be transferred into your account.

DAMAGED RETURN POLICY

I will replace damaged orders of greeting cards, fine art prints or original artwork with an item that is identical or of equal value, or refund the full purchase amount in line with the following conditions:

  • Please notify me within 48 hours of order delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is confirmed such as your order number or receipt.

  • Photographic proof of damage is provided.

  • Damaged Items such as greeting cards and fine art prints do not need to be returned by the purchaser, however I do kindly request damaged original artwork is returned within the original packaging supplied, or secure alternative packaging.

  • All shipping and handling costs associated with returning damaged original artwork will be reimbursed via your original payment method.

  • Where a refund is issued, the refund will be returned via your original payment method.

To return an item that has been damaged:

I do kindly request damaged original artwork is returned if possible within the original packaging or secure alternative packaging as I may be able to repair the artwork in some way.
